Staff: The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful, always going the extra mile to make our stay memorable. one point on highlight that staff needs to be little more aware for morning safari breakfasts. The Manager Ram who handled all our queries so smoothly and made our stay comfy & tension free Location: Perfectly situated in the heart of nature touching Kanha buffer, offering peace and tranquility. The surroundings are lush and vibrant, making it an ideal getaway for wildlife enthusiasts. The resort is extremely comfortable and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The food was outstanding —every meal was delicious, well-prepared, and of top-notch quality. It was clear that a lot of care goes into both the taste and presentation. Dining at the resort was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. What really made the experience exceptional was the hospitality of the staff. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, polite, and always willing to help with a smile. Not once did we hear a refusal or an excuse—every request we had was handled promptly and graciously. A special mention goes to Manager Ram, who was always available and personally ensured that all our needs and requests were taken care of. His dedication and attentiveness truly enhanced our experience and made us feel valued as guests. Staff- All staff members are helpful and polite in nature. Location - Resort is 4 km far from khatiya gate. If you booked full vehicle then gypsy will come to receive you in resort .But if you have single seat( sharing) booking. Then You will have to reach Khatiya Gate by your own vehicle.
